How I work

Four hats, one craft.

Discovery, scoping, prioritization.

I start from the fan, the player, the user, then work backwards to the smallest thing worth shipping. I like sharp problem statements, ruthless scope cuts, and a roadmap that survives contact with reality. Twenty years of shipping taught me that taste is a feature.
